{"id":4002,"date":"2021-10-13T16:42:19","date_gmt":"2021-10-13T16:42:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aims-senegal.org\/?p=4002"},"modified":"2021-10-13T16:52:29","modified_gmt":"2021-10-13T16:52:29","slug":"launch-of-the-10th-aims-senegal-cohort","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aims-senegal.org\/fr\/launch-of-the-10th-aims-senegal-cohort\/","title":{"rendered":"Launch of the 10th AIMS SENEGAL cohort"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Monday 11 October 2021 at 9am, we had the pleasure of officially launching the 10th class of AIMS Senegal Masters.<br>This cohort welcomes 60 students from 10 countries in #Africa with more than 57% #women spread across our two main programmes which are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The #COOP cooperative master&#8217;s<\/strong> degree programme with this year&#8217;s intake of 20 students of which 65% are women. This master&#8217;s programme takes a work-integrated learning approach, combining theoretical and practical courses to enable them to integrate easily into the workplace.<br>It takes place over 18 months with 10 months of classes, a 6-month immersion period (internship) in a company in addition to a 2-month research project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/aims-senegal.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/DSC_0540.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4008\" width=\"463\" height=\"311\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And the <strong>Regular Master&#8217;s programme<\/strong> which welcomes 40 students, 47% of whom are women.
