Audace Dossou-Olory is a Research Fellow at the University of Johannesburg (South Africa) and an Assistant Professor at Institut National de l’Eau/University of Abomey-Calavi (Benin). His current research is in the areas of combinatorics and graph theory. Dossou-Olory obtained a Design Engineering Diploma in Electrical Engineering at Ecole Polytechnique d’Abomey-Calavi (Benin) and a PhD in Discrete Mathematics at Stellenbosch University (South Africa). He focuses on developing methods for rigorous analysis through precise and/or asymptotic quantification of graph invariants, and the characterisation of graph structures, often motivated by applications in computer science, biology, chemistry, etc. He is one of the two winners of the Ibni Prize 2020, awarded every two years under the auspice of, among others, the Mathematical Society of France (SMF) and the Centre International des Mathématiques Pures et Appliquées (CIMPA).
